About Course

Diploma in Pharmacy is a 2 years long career-oriented, entry-level diploma course. Students who wish to pursue a long-term career in the medical field of pharmaceutical sciences, starting in entry-level positions are suitable for this course. 

This program is designed to prepare candidates to work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist in hospitals, community pharmacies, and other pharmaceutical-related fields. Candidates can also pursue MBA Pharmaceutical Management after this course, though they would need to complete their bachelor’s first.

Eligibility

Minimum eligibility qualification is 10+2 level of education in science stream, from a recognized educational board, for admission into the Diploma in Pharmacy [D.Pharm.] course in any college. A minimum aggregate score of 35% (Passing marks) at the 10+2 level is also necessary. The cut-off percentage of marks differs as per the University/College.

Annual Intake of 60 Seats

51 seats through Entrance Examination RCA-Pharmacy-2011 (Rajasthan centralized admission for Pharmacy) conducted by Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur. The exam is conducted between May and June every year; notification of the same is given in all the leading newspapers and in the website of the university. 

Fee Structure

Rs. 60000/- per year + 7500/- Caution Money (Refundable after completion of course) Payment through DD in favor of Swami Keshvanand Institute of Pharmacy, payable at Bikaner (No cash or cheque is acceptable).

  • Original mark sheet of 10th and 12th
  • Four seats of attested photocopies of 10th and 12th mark sheets
  • Four passport size photographs
  • Transfer certificate issued by the institution latest attended (original)
